Our Mission

St Paul’s International College was established in 1986 by the Sisters of St Paul de Chartres. Founded in France in the late 17th century, the Sisters have a long history of care and education for young people all over the world.
Over its 40 years, St. Paul’s has built a reputation for academic excellence in an international environment. Our record in this regard is one of which we are very proud. 95% of graduates are accepted into Australian tertiary studies, equipped with the skills to succeed at Group of 8 universities. However, we are also conscious of our responsibility to foster the spiritual, social and emotional growth of the young people in our care. They are our future and the well-being of the nation and the world depend upon their creativity, compassion and leadership.
Set on 35 acres of gardens and grounds, we have established a school that is calm, safe and focused on the individual student. Small class sizes allow us to get to know every student, their strengths and weaknesses, and to support them to grow and achieve.
We aim to equip our students with the skills to meet the many and varied challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Our students are drawn from a broad range of ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Here, they are able to gain a clearer understanding of and respect for difference while celebrating and strengthening the values that we all share — goodness, truth, honour — in an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect. In so doing, they widen their intellectual horizons and build an awareness of their individual and collective responsibilities as global citizens.
The College crest bears the motto Omnibus Omnia, meaning ‘All things to all people’. Taken from the First Letter of St Paul to the Corinthians, this phrase emphasises the need for openness, understanding and tolerance towards one another, regardless of cultural, racial or religious differences.
With Australia’s long-term prosperity becoming focused more and more closely on Asia, St. Paul’s provides students with the academic qualifications and opportunities to obtain the cultural skills and sensitivities that are increasingly important in our world of international interdependence.
We very much look forward to welcoming you to our wonderful community.
